Justin Bieber and me

The word passion cannot be put easily. It shows the depth of love, depth of knowledge, depth of understanding, depth of feeling, depth of living in it and depth of living for it. ..A person who always listens to songs doesn’t mean that he is so passionate about music, unless he sings, he feels and he lives in it.

This post comes from me this afternoon, as the result of seeing the movie Never say Never of Justin Bieber. I have seen movies like Burlesque, Yes man, Cast away  etc etc for which I’ve had goose pimples. But this was the only movie, for which I had my mouth all ooppeenn and my legs shivering all through the movie..( I swear I dunno whether any flies went inside my mouth neither my legs did not shiver because of the air-condition) It was wholly because of Bieber and Bieber..This is what people call Bieber mania JL

I would say, he is an example of music, what music is, how music is. Throughout my entire life of this 20 years, from kindergarten rhymes to hard rock metal jazz, I ve seen many performances, heard many songs, admired many singers. (This had gone to the maximum level that, I’ve always told my parents that I wanted to marry someone who knows music and lives the life of music-This remained the most important condition, among the very few other conditions)

I always wanted to be a musician, which doesn’t limit only to singing. My whole father side family was a great musician family, and the music genes invaded me too. My whole mother side family was business, book worms, so called intelligent family, through which I had their genes too, but dominated, genetically by music genes. But, I went no wrong to the world’s statement that the children s brought up will be ruled and controlled by their mother. And thus my Hindi classes and AIEEE coaching dominated my veena, vocal, piano classes.

I end up in proud and envy when I see my younger brother (who has literally very little touch with studies) playing mirudangam in concerts and drums in parties. To my knowledge, he s been learning these things from the age of 4 which has now given him a name .And for me it’s like jack of all trades master of none. My father was a pianist, my grandmother was a professional, well trained, vocal and veena teacher. And now, I nowhere will come in the list except for singing at times..and that too comes as a compliment of 11 years of training in vocals. Where did my prizes,  certificates, appreciations, admirations, encouragement, support, practise, my father’s scolding’s for not singing with shruthi, and many more go???

No, am not leaving this go..I will take a revenge,,for sure..This has no age, no boundaries, no limits, no levels..I am gonna join guitar class,,But oops??!!After my exams .. :(
