I Once heard Women brains are like wires and Men brains are like boxes. Women thoughts switch randomly. Can't be more true. I can think about anything and end up at a total different thing.
So, that is how I ended up here!!
True that. Women brain are like Spaghetti and men brain are like Waffles !
Before then, Indian food was just food, normal food, everyday food. I never knew what rosemary or thyme is. I've never heard about Pannacotta or never have tasted Bourguignon. Cooking was an alien concept to me. Now, food never fails to put a smile in my face.
PS: I will share my experiences on different cuisines I've tried in different countries, my favorite ones, my kitchen journey, my nostalgic memories related to food etc.
I will not be sharing any recipes, as I am not a creator. I just try and follow blogs, YouTube, my mom and my mom-in-law recipes. I will also not write any negative reviews about any restaurants / Food outlets. Worst place to me may be someone's best and vice versa.
